We were approached by a new client recently looking for a quick turnaround. They were looking for a candidate with very specific skills and experience, however, the ‘fit’ was also a very important requirement.

We meet all our candidates face-to-face, in pairs, only presenting candidates who we believed are ‘perfect’.

Result: Our client only had to meet with two candidates, selecting one, saving them a considerable amount of time!
