Regional HR Advisor
We are partnering with a FTSE 100 listed construction company and one of the leading homebuilders in the United Kingdom with a turnover of £4billion, they are known as a company with the highest design, construction and service to their customers nation-wide.
As HR Advisor, you will be a new addition to the team in a key role, reporting to the Divisional HR Manager. This role will cover the South East Division and will be responsible for employment relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management.
You will be responsible for mentoring your management team, providing commercially focused advice. You will help create and implement HR initiatives including effective use of the HR IT system along with additional projects. This role will require regular travel across the South East region.
As Regional HR Advisor, you will be an experienced HR generalist with previous experience working in a multisite role. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels within the business.
Candidates will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification.
