Deon Maxwell – Recruitment Partner & Founder
Deon has had a successful career working across several sectors with a varied client base including private equity, property investment, architecture, professional services and pharma including start-ups to SME’s. He has a wide network of candidates and clients built up through strong relationships and trust over the years.
Having run recruitment businesses in the past, Deon comes with a wealth of industry experience and is passionate about recruiting ethically to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.
Deon studied classical music and business management at the University of Cape Town and has lived in the UK since 2001. He is also a keen equestrian and Director of the Latimer Music Festival, an international chamber music festival held annually with world-class musicians.


Lucy Fitzgerald – Recruitment Partner
Lucy comes with over 20 years of experience within recruitment across a variety of sectors and disciplines. She focuses on developing a thorough understanding of her clients’ needs, finding candidates who are the perfect fit. She has worked closely with financial services, hospitality & events, human resources and membership organisations including city livery companies.
Lucy previously worked in Human Resources at Queen Mary’s University. She holds a Masters in English from the University of Glasgow and during the pandemic completed a certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling.
