We actively headhunt and advertise to attract the best talent. We understand that some recruitment may require a more discreet approach in which case we adapt accordingly.
Face-to-face meetings
Unlike many other recruiters we meet all candidates face-to-face to ensure a thorough understanding of their experience, motivations and ‘fit’ for your business.
Interview process
After our face-to-face meetings we create a short-list including detailed profiles. We offer a consultative approach which includes further discussions on candidates before they are interviewed.
Candidate management
We manage candidates’ expectations, arranging all interviews, skills tests, assisting with candidate feedback and guiding clients and candidates through the offer process.
Fee and refund policy
Our fees are competitive. For peace-of-mind, we offer a refund policy for the first 3 months of employment. We offer reduced fees to the charities and not-for-profit organisations we work with.
