Client Meeting
Client relationships are important to us. We form true partnerships with our clients to ensure the most positive outcomes. In our initial meetings we take a thorough brief so we can fully understand the role, company culture and personal ‘fit’. We will agree terms, fees, job descriptions and timelines to ensure a seamless interview and selection process.

Search process
We actively headhunt and advertise across a variety of platforms to attract the best talent for your roles. We understand that some recruitment may require a more discreet approach in which case we adapt accordingly.

Face-to-face meetings
Unlike many other recruiters we meet all candidates face-to-face. This is to ensure a thorough understanding of their experience, motivations and ‘fit’ for your business which is not the case with most contingency recruiters.

Interview process
After our face-to-face meetings with candidates, we create a short-list to present to our clients which includes a detailed profile. We offer a consultative approach which includes further discussions on candidates before they are interviewed.

Candidate management
Our partnership with our clients includes manging candidates’ expectations, arranging all interviews, skills tests, assisting with candidate feedback and guiding clients and candidates through the offer process.

Fee and refund policy
Our fees are competitive and only paid once a candidate has started in a role. For peace-of-mind, we offer a refund policy for the first 3 months of employment. We offer reduced fees to the charities and not-for-profit organisations we work with.
